RePassioning Fashion Pop Up Shop in support of The Saturday Biryani Party for Workers
Monday, 25th March to Wednesday, 27th March: 10am to 6pm
We are delighted Sweet Jilly Designs will be returning to More Words with their annual collection supporting the award-winning community group, The Saturday Biryani Party with Workers.
The popular and affordable range is upcycling again; the preloved high quality clothes and fabrics sourced in the UK are mixed with new Sri Lankan and Indian cotton, silks and chiffon.
In addition Sweet Jilly has branched out with a collaboration with an award winning UK designer, Emily May and has commissioned her own silk twill print, the design based on her and her mother’s ceramics, entitled Favourite Things.
The main collection this year will continue with the colourful East/West style but a new line will be made from upcycled 1950’s linen and lace, hand embroidered, it is going to be White Linen
All of the pieces are unique!
ReCycling, RePurposing and ReUsing clothes helps the Environment.
PreLove, ReStyle, ReNew - A fashion statement worth making.
All are welcome.
