This workshop will:
- Reveal why fermented foods are good for you
- Teach you the importance of probiotics
- Explain what kefir grains are and how to use them
- Demonstrate how to prepare fermented vegetables as well as laban and lebneh using kefir grains.
You will take home samples of the fermented vegetables as well as kefir grains to get you started on your fermenting journey.
