After an overwhelming response to Dejana's talk on balancing hormones, she will now be offering a workshop to delve deeper into the subject. This workshop is an absolute must for anyone who wishes to balance their hormones. It is the beginning of a journey towards optimum health and weight in 3 weeks! The workshop will give you a quick overview of hormones and their roles before diving into to a delicious cooking demonstration of how to prepare food for those three weeks to hormonal balance.
You will leave with answers to questions like:
- What foods disrupt your hormones?
- How to clean your kitchen and environment of toxins.
- What supplements are important to balance the hormones.
- What foods should you be eating more of.
Dejana will particularly concentrate on sprouting and what you can do with sprouts (breads, crackers, spreads..). She will provide you with recipes and the know-how to recreate quick and tasty 15 minute meals that boost your hormonal health and give you tips on how to survive while on holiday and traveling. You will leave buzzing with energy from all the delicious nutrients Dejana will have fed you after having watched her prepare them! All participants will receive a booklet with recipes, shopping lists and a plan for 3 weeks of hormone balancing.
